What this card do with my loved obsidian dragons in liquid shadow? they leave the poison behind, and keep the vampiric ability??

Anyway, good idea.

Liquid shadow's vampiric ability is seperate from the poison it inflicts, so yes, you'd get a fixed up dragon, but you'd get the same effect for cheaper with purify ;P

Broken combos. Everyone is correct: Grav pull + BB + this would get ridiculous, especially with an Auburn Nymph.

You mean if you balance the quanta right.  Otherwise, it holds the same issue other GPull + BB decks have.  RT, Mutation, etc.  And with the advent of spell damage, GPull has gotten slightly weaker, so even that should be less of a problem.

It refers to the maximum health of a creature at a given point, with or without damage.  For example, an Armagio, no buffs, has a max health of 25.

Hmm...I could really see this having some interesting uses and I actually like the idea of this card. The potential for a spell to heal creatures which isn't purify. Good work.

You're fighting the dim shield argument. Not everything with a counter is balanced.
