Same net benefit in the end for both cards.

up: 3 cards per turn for 2 turns = 6 total cards drawn
If hand is full - you simply don't receive the benefit of drawing.

Interesting, it makes a nice twin of SoBr. I think it should be relatively distinct as well since you are limited to gaining the same number or less cards than opponent.
I think it could see a lot of use. Particularly in SoBr deck out strategies... It may actually make them almost non-tedious to play.

I will keep an eye on this one.

One question: Will these be able to stack if multiple are played? If so, how? (e.g. extra draw power bump, increase duration... something else?)

...The more I look at it, the more I like it... I really hope this card does well!

Gets my vote (if I have any I'm not using on my own stuff at leas :P )

Haven't thought about multiple copies - I feel like stacking would be both ineffective and too damn powerful.
Perhaps playing another just begets an extended duration - in other words this would be most effective chained together.

note: its not the same net benefit.  when counting benefit, dont count what you would get without the card (normal draw)
as such, the unupped gives you 3 cards that you wouldnt otherwise have gotten and the upped gives you 4.

Double / tripple draw would need to be implemented (how does it actually work for the AI?), besides that it is a nice idea.

Yes, this is important. Especially since you could combine this with a draw lock strategy (e.g. nightmare or QC) to gain draw advantage, or you could use it like SoBr to try and force deck out... Being in the time element, eternity and rewind would be readily available to help.

Heh, I remember this - it used to be the ability of one of your Avatars, right?

Seems balanced as it affects both players and is vulnerable to PC.

I'm not sure this card is good enough. you waste a card and quanta to draw another card two turns later while giving your opponent 2 extra cards potentially. I think this overlaps too much with bravery shard and isn't as good.

On the contrary - this isn't limited by your opponents ability to draw like shard of bravery meaning it's more dependable for increasing your own draw rate.
Also, this card can be used to intentionally speed up the opponent's draw. Mill decks have been brought up as an idea before - but so far there have been relatively few possibilities for them to work. I feel this could help push such an idea along.
