Wanted to point out this is basically the inverse of dive? and particularly a copy of Wyrm except with dive activated all the time.

Your basically pay 1 less casting cost to gain a less flexible Wyrm. because you have to spend quantum on dive every turn and you cannot double offensive buffs like blessing with dive.

All that being said this caught my eye in the crucible because i miss read it. I thought it stole air from your opponent which would make for an interesting mechanic in air mirror matches.

I really like how this card has evolved, and it looks great with the new art! I'd go so far as to say this is pretty much Crucible-ready.

I know there's been much debate over the name here buuuuut...with Krava's depiction it no longer really "feels" like a wyvern. I always looked at 'em like fragile little dragon-type thingies, not something that could take out a building. The thought that struck me first: why not Two-Headed Wyrm?

EDIT: I just looked up the wiki article for wyvern. Seems they're kissing cousins to dragons, so I retract my statement. My apologies for stirrin' up mud. Looks good!

I LOL-ed!

Yeah, people who fought them in D&D thought differently :)

this is like wyrm...
unupped: 2 :air for 6 damage each turn
upped: 1 :air for 6 damage each turn (wyrm uses 2 :air for 10)

i think you guys are forgetting that Wyrms are normally unused unless they have a buff, this is much less effective without a buff.

this is probably one of the most underpowered cards ive seen make it through level 1, the stats are essentially the same as flesh recluse (6|3) but each turn this card get a worse cost/effectiveness ratio than the previous.  the upkeep cost doesnt warrant the damage done

Well, I suppose it could use a buff. How does 7 or 8 attack sound?

How about making the upkeep for the unupped just :air and making the stats of the upped 8|3? This would balance it closer with Recluses.
