If a pact is stolen or destroyed by opponent, you lose 15 HP's. Stealing doesn't restart turns countdown. So obviously Stormy Pact isn't stackable (you can't have two Pacts in play). When you play a creature, all creatures receive 1 damage: also immaterial and burrowed creatures.
