HELL YES! second card to make it to Forge! I had almost given up hope. whoot whoot! And this is one of my favorite ideas.

i like it, but if the creature was immortal and took damage from a buckler or something, would the prowler be able to attack it or would the immortal be unaffected by the ability and have to die a slow and painful death?

well. I think the thematic equivalent would be something like firestorm. which technically the player does not have to target, but yet it doesnt effect immaterial. I think this would be similar. the prowler would have to be able to touch something to attack it. immaterials are thematically untouchable. so i guess no, it would not affect immaterial creatures. Course, paired up with a thorn shield, they would still die, albeit slower.

It doesnt affect creatures under sundial. technically sundial prevents both sides from attacking for the turn it is in use, so it would prevent prowler from attacking the "stalled" creature.

Nice sinergy with poison shield balanced and fits with life,actualy might be what life needs

This is just a personal bias, but I've always thought there should be more creature based CC. This is a really well thought out new mechanic, and you balanced it nicely. In addition, it give mono life many new feasible strategies.
