nm his idea is super op and fairly dumb
TIME BOMB, permant, cost 25 time, affect, after this card is played in 10 turns 1000 dmg will be delt to a random player.
yours is better, i thought he had something else

I have an idea, how about each turn the pot or cauldron is able to stay alive, it accumulates a counter which equates to one damage when you choose to explode it? So, it stacks up counters (grows bigger) each turn, which equals to more damage the longer it stays alive.

Or this suggestion, that it also damages your opponent's HP upon ignition.

Great card, especially as a bluffer. Elements really needs more cards that can mess with the opponents head rather than just be played and countered. Maybe an option to reset the timer?

Epic idea Arondight.  It would be like a brew, gaining potency as more time and ingredients are added.  It gets my vote.

EDIT: I think loboing it should get rid of the ability and effectively dismantle the bomb.   It would make it vulnerable, but not too vulnerable.

That's an interesting idea but it's a totally different mechanic and doesn't really fit in this "bomb" theme I have because how can the explosion be bigger if you simply wait longer?

You could do your own card using that idea.

Yes, loboing would defuse it.

My original version of this had a "defuse" ability once activated, with the difference that my version didn't reset the counter but only paused it. I got rid of it because there wasn't enough space on the card to write. Also it might make it a bit too complex. It would be an interesting mechanic though.

Pots and Cauldrons made me think of putting stuff in the pot and continuing to heat it for a magical result that's why.  :) But, maybe I'll post that idea sometime.

On the card though, it feels like 6  :time is a tiny bit expensive for a three turn wait—four turn wait with summoning sickness and one or two fire quanta to activate. It's more compact than two Fire Storms, but the wait makes it seem identical to two Firestorm with different requirements.

I really cannot imagine a creature which is actually a pot/cauldron. :o

Giant rocks with faces (Golems) have lives too! so pots can as well, Fire and Time, I will have to look into some synergies there, never tried that one.
