I think that a permanent attack decrease makes more sense thematically than an attack drain. Chaining a monster down would make it less combat effective, but wouldn't cause it to constantly get weaker.
Fair enough :U

"Burrow Target Creature for X turns" for damage reducing will work?
Doesn't burrowing make you untargetable?

Thematically, weight can force you to burrow ;)

That is a VERY interesting idea. Rather than taking a set amount of attack points away, it'd be 50% of the creatures attack. The downside would be giving said creature free immaterial. Very interesting, but very situational. I can see that being used in a close game when your opponent has a high attack creature that would otherwise shortly kill you.

Forcing a burrow seems quite trite of a topic if it is just that by itself.

Burrow together with skill cost up? It still follows the general idea of making the creature useless, but making it untargetable seems kind of counterproductive. And it wouldn't stack anymore! I'd rather just halve the attack power alone than burrow it.

EDIT: Cards updated. Attack is halved.

Must've missed this one while it was up for discussion in smithy. I really like it though, so I will have to keep an eye so I can give it my vote when polls refresh for gravity.

Halving attack is a very nice "soft" CC and should see some fun applications (among others, its a nice response to AM and dive), between that and bumping skill use costs it should be quite versatile.

It should make a valuable addition if it makes it into the game.

Good luck in the polls
