Dragon instant CC. Most upped dragons can stand 2 shots of CC. Compare EE or Lightning.

6|4 :death + 2 :death + 2 turn + 1 card for instant anti-dragon.

Compared to...

5 :air + 1 :air + 1 :air + 3 turns + 1 card for 6 damage

2|1 :aether + 2|1 :aether + ~1 turn + 2 card for 10 damage

Seems relatively balanced in terms of antiDragon in terms of quanta.  It's slightly stronger compared against EE|OE, which is dragon dependent, and is relatively on par with double Lightning, which wipes out most dragons except for a handful.

Well, executing doesn't seem to me to fit anywhere else other than :death and what other means, besides the gallow's pole, screams execution besides the guillotine?  It worked out nicely with the /original/ art, which is what I just tried basing the card around.

Because one doesn't execute the weak, as they cause no trouble.  You execute those that prove to be a threat.  The attack increase is to make sure it isn't just killing off all the attackers.

I think someone mentioned it, but this +AM is auto-kill on a stick. That could end up being rather OP... granted it eventually goes positive again, but it gets 3-4 kills in the mean time.

Upped Executioner would have three free kills (Unupped even four) and then be able to kill creatures with at least 1 atk, then at least 2 atk...considering a lot of creatures having 3+ dmg, that could be gross :D
