Each Immaterial card! So it would apply to each PAd permanent as well. (As well as :life and :light for the shields and weapon)

When you have X immaterial cards in play. Each spirit already in game receive +X|+X as well as each new spirit played. They don't grow independently but all together, then. If it is rewound an replayed it keeps its buff. Plus if it is quinted itself it gains +1|+1. All in all, I believe the cost should be higher.

I think not. Immaterial cards are thought to be over expensive an inefficient.

Quintessence and PA are cheap and efficient.

depends on how you look at it, theyre the cost of an additional card and additional quanta, essentially with premade immortal creatures youre paying for two cards in one, but when you using quint or pa, you pay for the base card and then use another card and pay for that one as well.

concerning the "strong against reverse time", im not so sure thats a bad thing to have an alternative vulture model which does not share the same strengths or weaknesses.  that said, it may warrant an additional quanta or two

I actually think the cost is ok, at least for now.  Its a neat card.
