This card is not 2 precogs.  You gain no immediate benefit when playing this card whereas you do with precog.

I added on the cost of two turn delay later as -1. If you want to say 2 turn delay is -2, it would still be 5 .

Cards like this get much more benefit first turn played, with huge quanta gain and extra card draw, while it becomes more lackluster on the sixth or seventh turn.

I just realized how incredibly OP this would be in a 4-5 NT 6xthis rest pillars deck.  Holy snap.  Maybe furbs is right.

This is an amazing idea. To BECOME the False God (temporarily, but who cares?!). Isn't that what we all want?

This card can be abused pretty easily, but there are plenty of balancing opportunities along the away. I do think that this card is a bit OP in a combo, but as a standalone I find it ok.

Correct. This turns your base card draw into 2 per turn, and your base mark quanta production to 3. This card obviously does not stack with itself. But it does technically stack with mark cards. So you could play 3 mark cards, have a x4 mark, then play this card. Since technically your base mark is still only x1 it would totally jump to x7(but that's no different than three pillars matching yoru mark and this card)

Nothing I see really wrong with that, but drawing an extra card when you play seems like a nice addition in exchange for 1 less mark quanta generation.
