Creatures with valuable skills (even if they are low value) should be under par because par is defined by vanilla (no skill) creatures

I'm not sure what BE means, but I'll give it my best shot at explaining.

Camouflage is an active ability(aka lobotomizable) that is disabled for one turn if invis. removal is used(most creature abilities are).  In order to reveal all the Rangers, you must destroy all the Empathic Bonds first.  Once the emphatic bonds are all destroyed, the elves are all revealed again.
