Essentially(though theorhetical) if I can keep this combo up for 8 turns, I'll have paid out 16  :death for 16 creatures that can range anywhere from a tiny photon to a big arse dragon
Every other turn. Otherwise they're just weaksauce skellies.

This is so very far from overly powerful, especially with its cost. What it is is hilarious, and gives a legit use for Boneyard/Skeleton in PvP. Naturally you'd rather Fractal something if you want reliable, high damage peak, but using Death gives access to good defense and alternative damage which you will need to get this combo going.
It's not the power or the cost that is the problem, it's the utility and card advantage which isn't readily visible when you examine the card.  This + Boneyard + a creature is just 3 cards, but will easily create an army much like FFQ or Pharaoh would.  The difference is that this grows exponentially rather than linearly, at the rate of half a Malignant Cell.  It also provides potential utility in the form of creatures like Mind Flayer, Parasite, Otyugh, Virus, Squid, Druid, Angel, FFQ, Pharaoh, etc.  It provides evasion against mass CC since you can just play 2 creatures on alternate turns and your army will be 1/2 skeleton and 1/2 reanimated, and you can hold extra creatures in your hand.  This does not take into account Bone Wall, which like the army, would grow exponentially rather than linearly if it applied.

So I'd still suggest a rebalance with more restricted, linear growth (2 to 4 creatures per turn).

Actually, the card advantage is the first thing I notice. That's why it has a huge cost, upkeep, and needs a combo to work. Versatility and utility, by the way, is power.

3 cards to get going, you say? Any wildly successful 3-card combos in PvP? No. Any decent ones? Barely. Things like Buff+Oty+Quint and Druidic Staff+Flying Weapon+Adrenaline come to mind, and they're not much more than alright.

This card ramps up with time, and doesn't provide any defense (unlike FFQ and Pharaoh). It's completely useless against a rush, but can work against a stall. Chances are, though, that it turns out completely useless in any game. Period.

The main thing it has going is the resistance to CC which you mention, and it makes perfect sense Death would have it. The growth rate of a half Malignant Cell is just laughable if you look at it objectively in the PvP scene.

If anything, I would buff this.

Oh. What's even worse, it's a perm. A majority of PvP decks have PC.

Nothing you mention would be lost by making it affect up to 2-4 creatures instead of all of your creatures, and in fact it could be made cheaper with that change.  Also, the 3rd card just has to be a creature, nothing specific.  What I mention could be a usability buff and would only nerf the uninhibited growth for games that are not high level.

i did it wit 10 and 5.
 10 because it is the most likely max damage the card can give (unless you get only fire dragons)
and 5 is a place in the middle, you are likely get 0 atk and 10 atk.

 The card is okay ; I would like it more if it was more vesatil

I was thinking about changing it to this:

Cost: 5 :death (4 :death upped)

All your creatures die and turn into skeletons and all your skeletons reanimate. Drains :death :death per reanimation.

[and now works with Bone Wall]

Any thoughts?

Working with bone wall makes it way to strong (image this with a field of malignant cells). A way around it might be controlled mutation instead of death to prevent +20 shields every two turns.

Fixed the notes so it makes more sense now.
