Hmm, a bit of a change, but howsabout a permanent that checks the opponent's Poison count, and if it is under 10 (or any number really) it adds any number of poison counters to bring it up to 10 (or so).

The entire point of this series is that they all have to be spells. That's the principle I followed when I started to make cards for this series.

You gotta fix the discrepancy:

"All your are consumed.
Deal 10 poison damage to your opponent. They cannot be removed."

In your image, it literally has the word Death quanta, not the icon. You have to change the table to reflect that.

Otherwise, dear god. Even with massive healing, there's no real card to counter this (except possibly Stone Skin and SoD to help increase the amount of health you have).

This doesn't have any real counters, sure. But then again, not all decks carry Purify against normal poison decks. To most decks, there are no counters to poison.
