Does this turn reverse time into an instant kill spell or just make it useless for that turn? Well rt doesnt trigger death effects so I suppose the later one which is also more reasonable, but I needed clarification.

reverse time would have no effect.  that card needs a counter other than quint a two creatures being immune to it...
