Cost should probably be more than 1. Being able to dump a full fractal of them for so little seems iffy (fractal just causes so many balance problems...).

I do like the card though, especially how well it synergizes with itself.

I think the skill should be for unupped and for uped.

It's fun, but a little devious - Chaos Power on a stick is tricky to balance around, but I think this works pretty well. Personally though, giving it one attack wouldn't hurt for the non-upped version, as in a non-upped tournament or PvP scenario, having Chaotic Force in a mono-entropy deck can't really do much aside from triggering death-effects from Graveyard and Bonewall.

Not as bad as supernova on a stick.

I like the idea of this card
You can buff it with a chaos power, then have it buff anything and everything (this + gravity shield is pure evil ) or you can have it simply to die when you can't put anymore sparks in.

I know thats the idea, but the original card was fine.  The only problem was that it was to cheap.  I think the only problem is that it should Chaos Seed.

Very interesting concept, like what has been said, its too early to tell if this would be OP/UP, it would need actual testing.  I like the general idea though, it could work well with dune scorp decks that already need buff cards.  Good Luck on making it into the game.

The idea is amazing and unique. I'd venture to say that this might be slightly UP, though it may be just balanced.

This isn't UP, just imagine that new scarab charge deck with 2-4 of these puppies thrown in.  This card is quite well balanced, and if used correctly, could be devastating.
