Great idea, but this card seems to be completely overshadowed by hourglass.
Maybe this card's ability should be possible to use twice per turn? It won't give you more cards anyway, so it won't make rainbows even more powerful but can help in some complex 3-4 card combos.

Not really. This card is cheaper than Hourglass (in both ability and initial playing cost) and it's main role is to provide flexibility by exchanging 'dead' cards in your hand instead of drawing cards. Faster decks will appreciate being able to shuffle cards quickly to get out key ones faster while slower decks will prefer Hourglasses instead to get as many cards within their deck.
