i think this card is so cheap btw. 2 quanta?and this acts as hourglasses i think make the cost like hourglasses 4 to summon and 2 for it's ability upped 3 to summon and 1 for it's ability.

An hourglass doesn't send a card in your hand back to your deck. This does, which lowers the value of drawing a card since you have to lose one from your hand.

you kinda draw another card.
but this card is much better.
one card gets removed and it goes back to your deck.
and especially entropy.
this card would boost ccyb alot.

Hourglasses function is to draw cards and thin out your deck.
This card's function is to recycle useless cards in hand and hoping you will get a better card.
The card is Entropy because it fits the image, theme ("scrambling mind"), and is intentionally cheap to make it useful in a rainbow.
The only difference between this and hourglass I see in CCYB is this recycling the extra Permafrost Shield or Pulvy, as well as multiple copies putting a lot of pressure on the Entropy quantum source.
And yes, I know this is your opinion but I want to address all points of it to resolve the discussion well.

this actually better than an hourglass, it can be used every turn, even if you have 8 cards you cant play.

this gives you a chance to prevent discard.

this should be mad expensive to play. use maybe not, but possibly a high use cost as well.


like its almost powerful as eternity in terms of countering a game rule limitation, this counters discard like eternity counters deck out.

consider, quanta drain like fractal or miracle.
consider, entropy cards like butterfly effect, 3 to activate, purple nymph, 4 to activate.

and yes! this card usually better than hourglass!
hourglass can't help you thin you hand and hourglass can't help you recycle bad draws or send back extra/useless/nightmare'd cards as you mentioned

Great card! But I think it would be better if the difference between the normal and upped was in the use-cost, e.g. playing cost stays 3 for both, but normal costs 2 to use while upgraded costs only 1 -- similar to hourglass/pulverizer/lobotomizer upgrade theme.

I like it. It's a good way to cycle through your deck for needed cards, and is a way to counter Ghostmare.
