What does a prolonged period of time have to do with faster drawing?  If anything, the names imply slower drawing rates.

No idea. Perhaps I just wanted to sound pretentious. Maybe it has to do with a "century passing" so that's how you got all the cards in your hand? I didn't want to make the opponent draw as well because that'd make it way too similar to SoBe. Either way, this can be used in fat rainbow decks as an alternative to hourglasses.

Like OldTrees said, I balanced the cost around fractal, and lowered it slightly. at 9|8 , it's basically the equivalent of using an HG to draw 4 cards. This lets this card replace HGs in fat rainbows as an alternative, faster way to draw.

I cannot draw at all, and I actually don't have any idea on a picture. Help?

This is essentially equivalent to using X precogs, where X is the # of cards that can fit into your deck. Since 8 precogs (the maximum that could be used) is 8  , this card feels rather expensive.

It's expensive because I meant for this card to fit more into fat rainbows. Using precogs and hourglasses would increase the deck size while this keeps the deck size smaller and lets you get better draws. In a big rainbow deck, is used almost exclusively for drawing and hourglasses. This provides an alternative to the 4 + 1 per turn for drawing, and is supposed to be more expensive but valuable because it can instantly fill your hand with cards.

That's upgraded Precogs.  For Unupped, it seems like a decent exchange.
