I love the idea. While water/death has been less popular because of other ways of poison, I like how this creates new synergies with the two elements.

On average this card deals 2 damage, creates 1|2 and 1 death effect. Compared to Spark that is around balanced.

-1|-3 damage = +1|+2 quanta?

seems to useless. maybe as a game starter. but i think it should be changed to 3|0 and just generate say 3 quantums unupped 5 quantums upped.

I really like this idea, looks simple and would work splendidly with Novae.

i love the idea, but i wanna say change the attribute type cause it doesnt feel right being just water, the problem is i can't think of anything besides air. would that work? 1 air= 2|3 water or vice versa

The quanta gain isn't as exciting as it should be, but the idea seems plausible enough as a minor critter (similar to Damselfly or Ray of Light). It's a pity that the death of the bubble allows you to reap its true benefit, but with cards like Fractal, having it die would be a great strategy as a whole.
