I find the idea, while nice, kind of underpowered.
- It's damage/cost ratio is too low. 3 damage for 5 quanta without a really useful ability. Not worth it. For comparison, Charger has 4 damage and momentum for the same cost. Upped, 5 damage vs 7 which is even worse considering the Automaton has a higher cost.
- I know it's gravity and all, but this card doesn't
need such a high hp since it has a built-in punishment for removing it. What's the point of the punishment if it only really helps against Reverse Time?
My suggestion is to increase the creature's attack and cost but lower its health. Say 6|4 for 6
unupgraded and +2|+1 when upped. Or something along those lines. The main problem with this, I admit, is that it may be way too similar to the Charger in stats. You could maybe further increase the attack and cost, but then you are overshadowing the dragon way too much.
If you make it a small creature, the problem arises that the punishment is close to useless since the Automat is not a priority target. You don't bolt an unbuffed Déja vu when you know there's a ghost or a dragon coming out next turn.
