I like the idea, but the concept is crazy, doesn't fit into Elements. A cat is harder to kill than a dragon? Really? What were we using, Jurassic Lego?If that is the case than maybe indeed the cat's hp is reasonable.Maybe change it into a Banshee or something.
Felicia comes from Latin also means Happy. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/Felicia
you play it and it goes to the opponents side of the board, so it heals you,If it's affected by it's own ability. is it?

That's why the need for nerf. Otherwise you could build some insane Fractal/Black Cat decks. Is the % chance to miss added together or used as multiple instances? If added together 6x copies will give a 60% chance to miss and 10 copies is 100% to miss, whereas, as seperate instances, 6 copies is 47% chance to miss and with 10 only 65% and will never get to 100% the more copies you add.Does the -1 that the cat gives affect itself? or other Cats? can it send a creature into Negative Attack? Is it required when you are also ging a percentage chance to miss?Would it be plausible to give the cat an ability costing Darkness to cause it to swap sides? This is easier than a trigger upon entering play and also adds to the theme crossed by a black cat. It would also add a built in solution by giving the opponent a way to escape if they can get .

When I play BE on this, does it lose it's effect or is it like Devourer? Also, I wonder why no one saw this: Fractal Felucia, give them 7 of them, and then play Flooding. Watch them cry b/c they can no longer play creatures.

That can of course be a bit confusing because card doesn't say so. I don't know..

Watch them cry b/c they can no longer play creatures.A very bad idea - needs big amounts of 3 different quanta, 8 35 and 2+3/turn . Before you achieve that with a trio deck you are either dead, or opponent has already played 7 creatures of his own and you are simply killing cats with the flood.
