Upon evaluation with a renewed perspective does anyone else think this is a little overpriced?

i understand it as gravity pull the last attacker  if has 2hp or less block it  so basically it's a shield that becomes more helpful if you don't have momentumed creatures but how would this affect immaterial creatures?

Nice idea but too OP for my taste...  It acts as a CC for a single opponent creature each turn. I don't think  needs that IMO.
