Hey KevKev thanks for inviting me on the team.  I will try to full fill my scavenger duties to the fullest.

The fire symbol looks slightly worse on the one with names, the names blur out the flames. I voted for without names

That would be navynorris's 'reimagining' of the fire symbol. (a.k.a adding a slight burn effect, and also a few minor things he thought would make it better) If you want, I can suggest he keep it the way it was originally.

I like what Hyroen is thinking. Even if a new background would clash, just adding thin black bars on the top and bottom (like a widescreen movie on a 4:3 tv) and evenly spacing out everyone's name in a classy, simple font might look good.

I've added the banner without names for the time being.  If anyone is motivated to improve upon it, please feel free.
