My thoughts:
1st: We're down to six immos and seven novas, so we're running out of rainbow decks.  We did lose our two discords so we could look to replace them.  It might be better to take four obsidian pillars and two steals.  We could splash those cards plus the steal and stiletto with a Dark mark into some deck.  Not a ton of good options here.

2nd: Bleh.  We've already got six dials, 20 aether pillars, six shields and seven fractals.  Opponents seem to expect immo decks and fire bolt decks (and they'll know we're running out of immos), so phase shields have been good.  Looking at the ratio, we need pillars more than anything else, so maybe four pillars, two shields?

3rd: We lost six phoenix, so we can replace three here.  We don't have any gravity pillars, so most of the cards are no good, but I could see a gravity mark with a quinted fire eater deck.  Other option is to add to our four death pillars and get bone walls.  Meh.

4th: Could take poison and bring total to 15 (though we now only have 12 firebolts, so we can't build three poison bolt decks).  Otherwise we add more Darkness to the 1st deck and gain the ability to build a reasonable duo deck.

I think trying to get enough of those darkness cards for a duo might be a good bet.  Your other ideas seem fine as well.

ad 1st: im not sure here, maybe also the 2 discords, the antimatter, 1 lycantrophe and 2 steals? im not a big fan of fire-darkness decks.
ad 2nd: 2 shields, 4 pillars seems fine to me
ad 3rd: 3 phoenix are a must, but would prefer 2 bone walls and 1 bone pillar, to strenghten our death-options
ad 4th: 6 poisons or MAYBE 5 poisons and 1 adrenaline? (against death in our nova-graboid-deck left)

My thoughts:
Deck 1
The light cards don't really help much, but we could bolster our aether cards here and snag the fractals and some shields.
Deck 2
My thought would be to grab fire pillars to replace some of the ones we have lost.  A couple rage potions are good to but I think we may want to protect our pillars as lack of pillars will hurt as we continue.
Deck 3
Here there seem to be 2 good options, continue to bolster aether by grabbing the bolts for fire/aether duo decks or bolster death with mummies and bone walls for a fire/death duo.  both seem like solid options to me.

I don't think it really matters what aether card we take. I suggest taking mostly pillars since we might lose some later.

Deck 2
I agree with corrum. 6 burning pillars.

Deck 3
I'd take an arsenic or two since i lost one in round 4.
other than that... perhaps take more lightnings to complement fire's brilliant creature control or even for direct player damage along with poison?

deck1:
we have 9 fractals, thats more than enough, ill go for for 5 shields (then we have 14, 2 for fractal phoenix, 2x6 for decks) and 1 pillar (24 then, 3 decks with 8 pillars each, should be fine). maybe 4 shields, 2 pillars, thinking about it.

deck2:
6 burning pillars, i think, are the way to go. sure, rage pots are great, but useless without pillars.

deck3:
i like 6 lightnings
BUT
3 poison, 1 bone wall and 2 bone pillars also seems reasonable for me (we already salvated enough arsenics).

any suggestions or preferations?

I started to type up a bunch of stuff but realized I'm just agreeing with previous suggestions.  I have no opinions on lightning vs death cards.  Maybe when we start drawing up this round's matchups a preference will emerge.

As long as we've still got enough poisons to run the poison-bolt when we need it, then I say take the lightnings from the 3rd deck.

Useful cards seem to be Freeze, Basilisk Blood & Enchant Artifact. 

Also, seeing as we're going to be playing earth a lot, we might consider taking some earth pillars and developing some 50% Earth decks.. because as long as we're beating them we'll be getting lots of earth cards.
