im thinking of my fractal-phoenix against jumba and maybe dragon-fahrenheit for plastiqe, any suggestions? ill update a decklist in a few hours :)
I'm not certain of any of this cuz the Standings thread and the Elements by Elements thread aren't updated, but...

Jumba may be packing black holes cuz we're the team most likely to use rainbows.  Read what Jumba and others had to say here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,7686.0.html).  What you have is likely good, but if it were me, I'd use this:
Code: [Select]
5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f6 5f6 5f6 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 622 622 622 622 7ds 7ds 7ds 7ds 7ds 7ds
Using dragons against Time may not be ideal cuz of rewinds.  I liked plastiqe's thoughts: fire bolt, poison bolt or aether/fire (same deck I used against boj).  I'm grateful you took 80 fire pillars, though, cuz syco and I are using 15 each.

i tested it a bit and come to the conclusio, this deck NEEDS the immolation, otherwise you lose to every fast deck.

i put out the 2 phaseshields, and i think this way now it is fine, ill save the immos for a 1-turn-phoenix-fractal.

and i changed corrums deck -1 ragepot, +1 deflagration (i have some reasons to believe, theyll play highly with permanents, AND we use all our ragepots this round (bless god we salvaged 2)

ty kev for your thoughts, element by element is going to be updated soon, not THAT much time atm.

Hey all, I was looking through the death decks.  It looks like they fielded 2 death/water poison decks in the 2nd round but I don't think they could have had enough water cards in their vault to field 12 chisoras and 12 freezes.  From my count best they should have been able to do is 6 chisora and 10 freezes.  Can any of you look at things and see if ya see the same thing I did?

yep, but what you want to change? i think there is a great chance, you opponent dont exspect you to use the same (pretty much at least) deck again, and that will surprise you, at least he cannot exspect you, using it again.

and im not really happy with fractal-phoenix, but at least it is able with good draws to win pretty much any matchup. i think jumba will use 1-2 black holes, pretty sure not more (cause it slows down a lot).

at least if i lose, not many key-cards are gone that way ;)

i like the decks for kevkev and syco very much, but there also not easy, and i like cokes deck, i wait eagerly for that match.

Don't want to change anything, I was just trying to see what to expect.  Sounds like they are going to get a penalty of some sort.

im all in all not happy with that war-system, no clear tableau of penaltys (and what for), the subbing-salvage-rule with teams of 6 people all over the world is crappy, etc.

i know, sg do her best, but im now not sure, if a match was substituted, if the team was able to salvage (cause the other one is the "guilty") or not, that makes the "element by element" analyses pretty hard.

but i also think, "normal" decks not designed exspecially against our opponents-element are always nice, that would have helped entropy. i think, they would be the strongest, cause they are able to build 6 pretty identic, very good decks, no other element is able to.
