This would probably be the card that would convince me to play Firelance. Board Control plus the ability to turn your critters into suicide bombers definitely adds value.

Awesomeness in a card. It's the most powerful nymph IMHO. It can kill some dragons in 1 turn, some in 2. It can boost your creatures through the roof. Awesomeness, I say.

Well, Archangels are ridiculous with Rage Potion, but Rage Potion on a stick makes them insane.

I don't think she's threatening Eagle's Eye, though.  She's too expensive, especially coming from Fire which likes to hoard mana for Lances.  She's too fragile unless you splash for Quintessence, at which point her cost is even more absurd.  You really do have to build a deck around her to make her work, and even then, I'm not sure it would be powerful enough to be a major contender.
