funnily enough not a lot of ppl have been complaining that this is OP, and they have been instead complaining about immolation...
when this is mostly the source of immolation's seemingly OP'ness (it's not OP, nor is the phoenix)

Not really.

Immolations is more considered OP with Blights or Photons. Phoenixes are just an added bonus.

upped is very useful.  2 fire cost, for 4 dog, and 1 fire for rebirth.  Phoenix+IMMO=Power for Fahreneit XD

this card is good upgraded, but it eats alot of quanta unupgraded where it does more damage, hard to choose whether to roll upped or not.

well idk minor abomination is a little confusing but i think its meant to go with mutation and make it something better but still it could just turn into an abomination so idk, it is a little more quanta efficient though with it only costing 1 and doing 2 times the damage instead of 5 attack and 5 quanta doing 1 times the damage

With Seraph on its way I think it would be cool of Phoenix was 6|1 for  6 to differentiate their niches a bit. Still a nerf to immolation/Phoenix overall but brings back a lot of cool synergies.
