The quanta limit limits the damage of Fahrenheit, but it doesn't really matter. He may be talking about some PC or CC.

oh so the damage of farenheit is not that important in this deck is it?? the fire stall deck has been considerably nerfed with firebolt and farenheit doing less damage with the quanta cap implemented... i am sorry because i have not try the deck yet..... i thought with the brimstone eaters and the amount of towers, we can easily reach the 75 quanta cap right?? so the deck has no effect yet because we are using the dragons is it??

Correct! Fahrenheit is useful for using up the last quanta.
