Just to say does this deck has to be upped to be effective or can it just be un-upped and still be a great deck  ???

well, this deck sucks unupped, since phoenixes will cost 7 :fire instead of 2 :fire

It should be pretty fast in theory but I don't really know because I just threw it together especially for you  ;)

Oh ok i see now that un-upped would just drag. Its sure answer my comment if it would work un-upped but looks like it wouldn't work. I would sure not want to try this deck un-upped. :)

I have had a 6-turn win with shakars once I believe, against miracle
I had the perfect draw, and had the combo out by second turn, and miracle, as we all know, plays them dragons fast...
unfortunately, her weapon hit me once, denying my EM...
