Why are everyone using so weird decks for lvl3 grinding? https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=3726.msg34809#msg34809

I have seen a lot of people discussing good decks for lvl3 grinding.
I personally have a deck that looks to be the simplest by far, i have a won 58 matches and lost 4(two of them to higher lvls so I actually only lost 2 games to lvl 3 AI) and I would like to know why it is not the obvious choice.

my deck:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink

I would be happy to here answers, thx.

AI3 grinding is generally supposed to be a "mindless" activity -- something you can do while you multi-task.

The Fire Bolts need some thought and reference to the Fire Bolt damage table to use correctly, so it's not the best card for the purpose of AI3 farming.

A Shrieker Rush deck (Mark of Time, 17 Stone Pillars, 6 Graboids, 6 Shriekers, 1 Short Sword or Dagger) has a simple enough strategy: play out your hand (play Graboids before Shriekers), evolve all Graboids, attack until victory. Repeat ad nauseum. Games played with this deck are fast, systematic, and repetitive.
I'm doing science, and I'm still alive.

Well, if you did this 60 games in two hours this deck is worst than the others in the AI3 farming challange.
The deck choice for AI3 is almost just how many times you can win in a given time.
