2 : Deal 2 damage to a creature.
2 : Create a creature with HP equal to half the HP of all creatures in play. Gravity pull it.
2 : Both players draw a card.
2 : Gain 10 life.
3 : Freeze target weapon for 2 turns.
4 : Set the ATK of a creature to 0.
5 : Add a chromatic burst to your hand.

Onion said to make it clear that the cards gives 7 cards when played. Also, water's skill needs to change to "Remove any skill from opponent's weapon". For time, " Prevent opponent drawing for 1 turn" (or something else). For life, "Gain life equal to 2* number of opponent's creatures". For fire " Deal 2 damage to every non-airborne creature"

Light nymphs are chromatic Burst. It may seem it lacks CC, however, chromatic burst's ability takes care of that. Thunderbolts are included to use up the quanta. Miracle and sancs for heal, sundial for stall, and hourglass to allow us to get chromatic burst quickly.
