Same effect as Shriek, just as a spell.

Spoiler for Doomsday Device | Doomsday Device:

Permanent, kills all creatures on field after 3/4/5 turns, wipes all quanta out of a random quanta pool that contains quanta

Spell, resets all creatures to their base stats

Mindwipe would probably be the most viable of the four, although I find none of them particularly interesting/useful. Doomsday device is similar to Zanz's Extinction (10 , destroy all creatures), a card that was considered but discarded due to being extremely unfun.

I'd see if we could find another wipe. If we can't, go with the mindwipe.
