Fiery Hot Mixtape presents to you all the number one thing we hate the most in every single card game ever:
Bad starter decks. Let's list everything wrong about them as quickly as possible.

First off, they give a terrible example of what actually counts as good. You know all those weird, poorly made decks noobs have with seemingly random cards and a mentality of potential over probability? That's what happens when you have bad starter decks. Because they think starter decks are good (and why shouldn't they?), they make these crazy, diluted decks with no actual focus or quanta base.

If we give them a truly good deck to start off with, they will look at that deck, see why it works, and base all other decks on the positive aspects of that deck. The number of silly newbs will decrease.

Second off, we like newbs beating us, and newbs love beating good people. Allowing new players to play faster, without them having to fiddle around with tat, is a good idea. Allow them to play faster, git gud faster, get rares faster, and steal RootRanger's title faster. Whilst we shouldn't give them upped monoair, we should at least give them a deck that works straight out of the box.

Some criticisms of this idea are as follows:

1) Pro decks are confusing. We need simpler decks!
Yeah...

What is simple and sensical about this?
Are you implying that psiontal is confusing? Sure, its nuances are, but psion fractal itself isn't.

2) They need to learn how to play the game before they get to play with good decks! After all, I put effort into these decks! Why should they get to piggyback?

Instead of giving them perfectly meta decks, we've given them almost perfectly meta decks with minor inefficencies.
Be happy you're selfish. If we had our way, they'd be com

Finally, and here's the main point:
We're just going to tell them to make these decks anyway. Why not just save time?

Let's just make every starter deck the standard mono we'll force them to make anyway.
The only issue is this invalidates NBC and level 1-2. I personally consider that a good thing.

TL;DR: git gud, decks.

Onto the actual decks, though:

NOTE: Sko's submission has an error regarding earth's deck. The spoiler below contains a complete fix.
