Perhaps you're thinking of Obliterator. Seism only has pillar destruction in the form of Quicksands. He does have a Pulvy, but can't use its skill. So yes, this is very similar to Seism. However, with just one Trident at a time, it's worse. I'd make it flying Tridents. More fun to play against and easier to stop than Seism.

Not really. Seism is earth/time.

The Elements are almost completely irrelevant. They both focus on pillar destruction and have earth creatures, so they are indeed very similar.

Why is the topic named False God Proposal: Posiedon instead of  False God Proposal: Poseidon?
Looks good, but maybe less Earth cards and fuel all of them with the mark. Would still stand in the shadow of Seism since he can destroy your pillars right from turn one (unless he starts and you don't have any pillars to be wrecked ), and has enough Quicksands to desroy almost all of them.

Maybe add some Ice Lances for CC (we don't want thing to be too easy now?)

It's rather simple, some inclusions could be Octopus, Basilisk Blood or Earth Nymph, Quicksand, Congeal and some other useful cards from those elements.  Just seems like it's a second Divine Glory where its just a rush with some control thrown in.  Actually if you improve on this enough I wouldn't mind seeing this as an improved Neptune deck.  He's just to easy because he's got horrible control, especially since he can't use the Tsunami.
