Mindgate isn't draw power though, it copying the other person hand. Mindgate I find wouldn't be too effective because if your facing a player that doesn't have any of the cards which correlate with your quanta, mindgate is rendered useless. I would personally replace it with precognition as a deck thinner or just remove mind gate.
