What is it to love? Who is capable of it?

He was a machine and was nothing more. But so, as it seemed, something new burned inside his core.
Once, upon a fair maiden, his eyes did fall, with desire he was laden, but he could not move, not call!
Spirits up high, they saw his pure pain, to help the machine by, with blessings they let rain.
Transcending his metals, reaching her soul, was the matter settled? Did he get what was vied for?
Alas they were together! Though a single rule laid: maiden and machine kept together or the machine's life will soon fade.

"Fire and water quanta quickly fill the air and soon a machine enters the scene. He lies motionless at the ocean floor, his creatures of the abyss keep him company. It is, in all honesty, functional on its own but, soon, it finds that life is slow to progress. A nymph enters to his vicinity, alongside her crimson doves, and heat, intensified, motivates him for her. His sockets creak and his bolts ache for more! But nay! A cold machine like him can never be loved by her, much less considering the fact that he cannot speak! Rage now begins to fuel is core; she is his goal and provider of rage! Creaking and aching, the man's noise catches the nymphs attention. She is infatuated by the machine as well, but does not know how to communicate her affections leading her, too, into frustration. The angels up high take pity on the iron man and red maiden and send blessings and light down to soothe their pain. Alas the spirits do nothing more than to soothe and aid the couple's love! but speech is not in their powers. Iron and fire, instead of working vocally, show their affections for each other in action. Side-by-side, the two protect each other until the end."


 My very first entry here on the FG proposals; I saw the theme and couldn't let it pass by! All critiques and criticisms welcome and wanted!

How the deck's played is nothing short of simple and disastrous - for the opponent that is.
Get the machines and nymphs out as soon as possible. Rage and bless the machines and heal with the angels when needed. Flash is there for healing the machines and nymphs or a little healing to HP directly; it may need miracle, but I tried to steer away from it. Miracle is honestly a lifesaver; I didn't put enough for it to keep stalling with it though, not that it can generate that much light quanta quick enough. I don't have any weapons thinking that they just seemed a bit cumbersome; do I have the wrong mentality when it comes to FG deck making? And, just a note, the card number I provided is doubled for FG submission right? or do I have to state that as well?

Cool idea, and nice backstory.

The only concern I have is that the AI will rage everything but the machines first (or is that intended... too tired to tell).

On a side note, this made me think of Rage Against the Machine  .

Thanks for the comment! As of now, does the AI target their higher HP creatures or higher attacking? And, I never thought of that song hahaha!

I think that the AI will target its higher HP creatures first, which could be a problem early for this if it gets a nymph out before a Steam Maxhine. Probably won't happen, but it can if the SM is drawn later.

Edited the deck a bit, adding some rush elements, like minor phoenix and abyss, for cremation fodder, more with the phoenix though, and a couple of miracles cause, well, it really is an amazing card ... hahaha AI10v.3 still runs slower than most; how is it?
