Yes, but the game is designed to TU at about half health, so this should be when Rol/hope has dragons out. This god will either mindgate/TU a dragon buff it to all hell and kill you will your creatures ( hence adaptation). Even if 1 deck protects all of it's creatures with quints (CCYB) Then if it's a low card bottom card you have a destroyer coming back towards you at full force with adrenaline perhaps. You also forgot unstoppable and adrenaline as buffs, which hit players hard.
Mindgates are way to common in this theme, I didn't want a total reliance on them. As for shak'ars, this can probably deck it out, as far as rol/hope (fractal) goes, yes it will fractal rol, unless they are killed by the 8 mass CC cards. Then it is forced to fractal another attacking creature which will hurt you in the long run. Yes, it is slow, but then again so are so gods. It isn't suppose to rush you to hell, it stalls and kills you via your own creatures.
As far as towers go, low tower count is ok, with a early mindgate you can take some of their own towers and add them to your collection (seeing as most decks run rainbow). That and most cards cost 1-2 quantum, so a high tower count will be ok.
