This deck has allmost everything.
I would add an eternity to prevent decking out cos I this that's one of it's weaknesses
It also has lack of attack power, i know the scorpions will probably be the main source.
If you're weak, then run, but toward your enemy

Being able to deck the opponent out has no thematic relationship to Stardust, unfortunately. :/
Same for why I took out Butterfly Effect, even though there would be plenty of creatures to use it on.

Being decked out may be a problem, but again Stardust in general isn't too weak and so the inclusion of out-of-theme cards isn't necessary.
Have you factored in growing Destroyers, and mutants? Leaving just one of the six destroyers/scorpions/elves alive could lead to Stardust beating you down...

With the same ratio as a standard PSNbow, but with higher cost cards and more quanta overall, it looks about right, maybe just slightly lacking in quanta.

Doesn't it have too much :entropy?

quanta.
Actually, I was thinking quite the opposite, with 16/80 being pendulums and 23 :entropy to use all the cards.
If it really has too much entropy quanta, then that isn't too bad because I don't want it to use the exact amount of entropy quanta to play a card and miss the snova it just drew; it's always better to have an excess of entropy.
