Interesting deck.
But i think that the Feral Bond won't help too much...
Perhaps Jade Staff is better:
-Dragons are hard to spam because of their quanta cost; feral bond wont be able to heal you well.
-If the only permanent control that has enemy is Steal, he won't use it on it because he will lose his weapon.
