The purpose of salvagers is to keep important permanents. In this deck, all you have are Phase Shields, which Salvagers are not very useful with anyway.

So I'd suggest putting some important perms in a salvager deck.

hmm yeah mindgates are a good idea, might be a tight fit though...

Maybe remove the black holes and replace with 2-3 titans for theme-fitting purposes? Maybe even 2 titans and 2 catapults for that matter since it would not be that uncommon to mindgate high-hp creatures.
