Who needs Eternity when you aren't double drawing? :P
Plus, it's pretty hard to beat spine carapace w/o bolts or the like unless you destroy, which would result in shields coming out.

On the off-chance it gets out a boneyard and the Oty starts nomming. Plus, I also have sader+EE and BE+Oty/skele combos in there, so why not?

Seems like a farm for CCYB. It has no perm control or stalling that Pulvy doesn't smash. Eclipse gets the price for most useless card in that deck as I EM'd it in 13 turns.
It would need to Firestorm Fireflies while Graveyard is in play to get Skellies to use BE. Yeah.. no.

IGT pwns it easily most of the time since it stops its drawing power, meaning it doesn't get to the effective shields. If it does, it still gets beat down by the extreme power of tons of Ghosts.

This offers almost no resistance whatsoever, even against RoL/Hope. (tested these three decks)

As for the flavour, it looks like a classic streamlined Timebow with more shields. Dunno what else to note.

Okay, I guess it needs more defense...? Maybe a Miracle instead of a 'sader?

Oh, and a BE'd skelly isn't the only way it gets permanent control...
