It seems very plain.  As you said, it's really just a mix of Decay and Seism... and it shows.  You'd be better off trying a more original idea.

Some Eclipses would help even if the devourers are burrowed. Maybe some Liquid Shadow too?

Also, Some Earth Towers would help for early quakes.
