This deck made sense to me since Water has alot of synergies with other elements.

Looks cool :)

Reminds of a similar deck called Flowing Reflection.
It also tries to use all the synergies with :water. In case you got too much :water I'd personally swap some Physalias for Octopus.
Otherwise, I'd keep it like it is :)

Yes, but only to an extent. Why would 6 SN be > 6 QT in this deck?

Nymphs tears and Flood don't mix :P, if you want to have creatures create more creatures, mitosis is a good card to add
