Libra is a duo Fire and Water False God. The deck is as follows:

Deck import code : [Select]
7dk 7dk 7dk 7dm 7dm 7dm 7dn 7e4 7e4 7e4 7e4 7gm 7gm 7gm 7go 7go 7go 7gp 7h1 7h2 7h2 7h2 7h2 7h2 7hi 7hi 7hi 7hi 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 7i6 8po

A main thing to note for the theme of the deck is that water is symbolic of defense, whereas fire is symbolic of offense. The deck aims to balance the two in perfect unison.

The theme of the deck is balance, since that's what the Libra astrological sign represents. So one turn, She'll generate water quanta for defense from the pendulums, and the next turn, she'll generate fire quanta for offense from her pendulums.

A few comparisons of symbolism:

-The Ice Lance is more defensive (Since it can freeze) than the Fire Lance, which is more offensive (since it does more damage)

-She has the Fire weapon for offense and the water shield for defense.

-All her creatures start as defensive creatures (Save for the Abyss Crawlers) with their 0-1 attack and high HP but with rage from Fire Nymphs, they turn into massive damage dealing attackers with lower HP.

STRATEGY

The idea of her deck is to play creatures that don't have much initial offensive presence while her spells do the damage dealing to opposing creatures. Get a Shard of Patience into play and spam steam from the Steam Machines and rage from the Fire Nymphs on the Steam Machines. in one turn, a single Steam Machine can get a +5|0, a +6|-6, and a +2|+2 if not in a flooded area.

The best buff a single Steam Machine can get in a single turn is +16|-1, assuming it's in a flooded area. That's insane. As you can tell, this is a rush deck.

This deck destroys Hope decks since it's faster and Inundation, while not frequent in appearance, can neuter your ability to play RoL's.

OTK's would have a hard time with the 6 Explosions, making it hard to chain Phase Shields or the like.

Poison Dials have a hard time. Just look at this:
Spoiler for You know you're dead when:

Yeah, I was trying to see if Poison Dials stood a chance. They don't. Without CC, things like this monstrosity of a Steam Machine can appear and haunt my dreams for the foreseeable future. DON'T try Poison Dials. It seems tempting, but you have to be very lucky. Explosions destroy your Sundials which means you're down to Shard of Sacrifice to stall. Also, Explosions git rid of your Arsenics as well. So there's that too. I did win this match by playing two Sundials in one turn and thankfully she only had one Explosion. But at the end of the game, That Steam Machine was at 107|7. Yikes!

COUNTERS

I haven't fully tried to counter this deck but some ideas come to mind as potential counters to this deck. Here's a list:

-Reverse Time. Killer to this deck as Libra can't do anything to stop it. However, with multiple creatures on the board, it doesn't completely destroy her. The maximum amount of creatures that can be reversed is 6 under normal conditions. (If you get two Reverse Times from a Shard of Serendipity you could reverse more)

-Eternity. Not nearly as threatening as Reverse Time as Explosion can get rid of it. But if the Eternity is protected, then she's in trouble.

-Maxwell's Demon. These can destroy any Steam Machine that gets out of hand, provided there's a Fire Nymph lowering it's HP. Maxwell's Demon is a somewhat niche counter as all the conditions must be met (Fire Nymph on field, Steam Machine with high attack.) and it can be easily dispatched with Fire Lance/Ice Lance.

-Voodoo Bravery. With no momentum to bypass the doll, Libra will take massive damage from a Gravity Pulled doll. The doll must have a few BB's on it, or Libra will take it down quickly.

-Electrocutor. Can slow her down by removing steam or rage but that's all it does. It slows her down. She'll destroy the Electrocutor eventually.

-Shard of Sacrifice. Massive healing when played right. She has no Purifies so she has no way around them.

I encourage you to play against it in the Trainer and tell me what you think!
Thoughts? Found a counter I missed? Let me know!

Mate, the Fire/Water combo around Steam Machine reminded me of an FG proposal I've created around the day I was still a new face around here xD

My only qualm with this is with 24 quanta generators on an 80-decker, I can't help feeling but it'll be a bit quanta-starved. Perhaps swapping the Abyss Crawlers with Water Pends will help?

Yeah, I've noticed the deck is short on quanta. I'll try adding the pends and see what happens!

EDIT: I looked at your FG and the similarities are uncanny :P I wanted to splash some Purifies into my deck to hard counter Poison Dials and give the deck for defensive play but I couldn't find room for it. The way this deck rushes, the Purifies would be in there for two purposes. 1, counter SoSac. 2, cast on a Steam Machine to regen it's health faster for another rage from a Fire Nymph.
