The idea is to very, very rapidly empty your hand by putting out creatures, buffing them, and then doubling the effectiveness of the buffs either by diving or by deja vuing. Very vulnerable to CC, but very, very quick when it goes off. Fallen Druid is there to turn late-game unbuffed Deja Vu fodder into something useful. (Late-game being like turn 6+.

Not sure about the Liquid Shadow, may be usefuller to replace it with Dissipation Field.
