Sanctuaries would shut down any chance at Quantum denial, providing it gets out fast enough. :P  I'd say the Sanctuaries are better than the Blessings; even if they're easier to remove than the blessings, Sanctuaries serve multiple purposes at once, which generally outweigh the derogative aspects of it. ^-^

I'm tempted to say -3 Dragons, +3 Chargers, since Chargers can bypass shields, but that's gonna strain the  :gravity way too much.  I'll test the new build and see what I can come up with.
Removing some pillars would do too, and then add some unstops.

Hmmm, I find that the dragons usually help in the longer games due to how hard to get rid of they can be. But yes, it definitely plays better with sanctuaries over blessings.

I'm not too keen on momentum. It generally provides an inconsistency with the gravity forces and makes it feel more like all the other gravity gods than I'd like.
