Hmm. I'd normally question the use of Siphon Life, but between the lack of RT spam and the triple mark (and all the pendulums), you could definitely get it to work. Speaking of the lack of RT, it's considerably weaker than the usual Arena Ghostmare in the sense that it has 12-14 anti-draw cards instead of 24.
Ghostmare uses somewhat fragile 4-HP creatures. You get past this with the rather unconventional but effective use of Cloak.
Given that a boosted Siphon Life will kill almost anything and Eternity's there to get rid of the rest, do you really need Turtle Shield? If you need a shield, Dusk Mantle blocks the same amount of damage in the long-term but works better in the short-term.
With the large amount of Darkness at your disposal, Steals would be nice. You could probably actually run Dragons with this much
, though whether that's a good thing or not is for you to decide. Steals remove one of Ghostmare's weaknesses, Wings and Dimensional Shield, and help against an early Sanctuary.
I'd disagree with furballdn; as anyone playing Jezebel can testify, the more Cloaks, the better (for the FG). They allow the FG to cheat their way past an Elite Otyugh or Maxwell's Demon, they protect the quite helpful Eternity and shield from Pulvy, and they stop the opponent from stealing back their own Sanctuary (although most of these are probably bigger concerns of Arena than FGs).
