The Unstable Gases seem fairly useless ... and having a whole 3x Mark to power them is a bit much ... how about some explosions or firestorms?

This is pretty much Octane without the PC, with more heavy hitters.

regardless, a bit stuffy, you could remove the damselflies and two (four?) of the wings.

Remove those 2 gasses and change to air mark.
For a total of 4 needed over the whole game, a x3 mark seems pointless.
The quanta can be better used to speed up the dragons with blitz.

Also, I'd remove all wings, since too many shields can clutter the FG's hand and for such a speedy FG wings aren't neccesairy.
The same goes for the blitz, too many of them will clutter the hand so I'd suggest to cut one out.

To even out the loss, add damselflies and last but not least, fix the QI.
