Yeah, but protected gavels are not an integral part of the deck. Plus, they're easier to endow unprotected.

Interesting theme.  You might add another Earth card or two, depending on whether getting at least 3/4 wardens is often enough such that the mark doesn't generate a quanta sink, and if it is thematic.  Dragons often fill that nicely.  Difficulty rating?

Difficulty rating is somewhere around pretty easy.
I basically only made it to show how many cards can flaunt this one theme.
