False God Proposal: Quicksilver https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=12267.msg153105#msg153105

Quicksilver has all of these cards, doubled.

Code: [Select]
7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q8 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qk 7qk 7qk 7qk 7qk 7qk
Quicksilver is designed to completely outrush the player, hence having all the drawing power he does. Obviously this will deck out quickly, so he has an Eternity so he can rewind one of the nymphs once he is in danger of decking out, and also use it for some minor CC.

This FG is inspired by the Mono Time dragon rush by the same name.

this god could work with flying eternities? (don't know if a fg would do twice rewind on himself to prevent deckout)

i have to say this FG does not pose any kind of serious threat which is a prerequisite for a FG
some FGs have CCs and some have PCs and some have both while others have none but can overtake and rush you in a few turns (e.g. Miracle, Ferox, Paradox)
its hard to rush with a 8-9 :time cost creatures, even Osiris is better at rushing due to the creature generating capability of pharaohs and Osiris is not a rush deck by any means
maybe add some silurian dragons (i notice time is seriously lacking in high damager apart from the dragon and nymph) and ways to protect them (quints/armor)

something like...

Time/Earth :-
Code: [Select]
77d 77d 77d 77g 77g 77g 77g 77g 78q 78q 78q 78q 78q 78q 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q6 7q6 7q6 7q8 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qk 7qk 7qk 7qk? = earth pends

Time/Aether :-
Code: [Select]
7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q6 7q6 7q6 7q8 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qk 7qk 7qk 7qk 80b 80b 80b 80b 80h 80h 80h 80h 81q 81q 81q 81q 81q 81q? = aether pends

Let's look at possible strengths and weaknesses:

+
able to play all his offensive cards in below 20 turns
resistant to otyughs and similar hp based CC
resistant to quantum denial (a lot of pillars and draws them quickly)
slowing him down requires both reusable permanent destruction and strong CC (eg. lobo)

-
maximum offensive power of 12*7 + 4 = 88 (kill or antimatter a few nymphs and a simple procrastination/dusk mantle/permafrost + 6 SoG and he can do nothing)

gravity shield!!!

no PC and very limited CC, and as we all know FGs of this kind are generally easy with most anti-FG decks

generally reliability on a single card (golden nymph) for offense so anything that counters that (antimatter, gravity shield) beats him much easier than FGs with many damage sources

Anything else that needs adding to the list?
I guess a FG like this could be added at some point if people keep complaining about FGs getting harder, and would join the Osiris, Neptune and other easier FGs, but I guess the deck might need some tweaking to make it more dangerous. Maybe add Dune Scorpions and Unstoppables? :P
And a Turtle Shield would be nice, as it slows down rainbow decks unless they PC it.
Flying Eternities is also a good idea... rewind FTW :P

EDIT:
I almost forgot, a very big "-"

Annoying card drawing animations :P

There is definitely massive card draw, but not enough damage to make it a rush deck. Time really doesn't have any good rush cards, which is why it's only used for hourglasses/precognitions/graboid-evolving in speedbows.

Also, if you do work out some variation, don't add precognitions. They're just a card for a card, but a waste of time quanta. The AI won't actually change anything depending on your hand. Precognitions are really only for bumping a deck up to the minimum number of cards (like in Osiris).

Good point about Precognitions, AI doesn't need them unless he wants to go <30

As for :time rush cards precognition is a good rush card :P
You can rush with Deja Vu, Silurians or Nymphs and Fractal Scarab is also a kind of control rush, and even if they are less efficient than :fire or :life rushes, I wouldn't say they are not good. Just different, as they encourage having some control or using buffs from other elements.
